How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and associated data from SeniorConnect Calls, you can do so through the following methods:

Option 1: Self-Service Account Deletion

  1. Log in to your SeniorConnect Calls account.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Select "Manage Account" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Navigate to the "Security" section.
  5. Click "Delete Account" and confirm your decision.

This will delete your Clerk account and trigger our webhook to remove your data from our database.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

If you are unable to delete your account through the self-service option, or if you signed up using Facebook and wish to have your data deleted, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name as registered on the platform.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A statement requesting account and data deletion.

Send your request to the email address associated with the platform administrator. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will delete:

  • Your user account and authentication credentials.
  • Your agent profile, including licensed states and phone number.
  • Your wallet balance (any remaining balance will be forfeited).
  • Your status and availability preferences.

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legitimate business and legal purposes even after account deletion:

  • Call Logs: Records of calls you participated in may be retained for regulatory compliance and billing audit purposes for up to 3 years.
  • Transaction Records: Payment and billing records may be retained for financial reporting and tax compliance purposes.
  • Lead Data: Lead information captured during calls may be retained separately from your personal account data.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also manage your data through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Click "Apps and Websites" in the left sidebar.
  3. Find SeniorConnect Calls and click "Remove".
  4. Check the box to delete any data the app may have received about you.

Removing the app from Facebook will prevent future logins but does not automatically delete your data from our platform. Please also follow the deletion steps above to fully remove your data from our systems.

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will not be able to recover your account or data once the deletion is complete. If you have any outstanding balance or pending transactions, please resolve those before requesting deletion.

Questions?

If you have questions about data deletion or need assistance, please contact the platform administrator. You can also review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your data.
